John Paton joins the Board of Maxifier Ltd.  with a proven track record of success spanning more than 25 years in the global Media and Publishing industry.

John is the Chairman & Co-Founder of IVA Ventures, and has previously been named as one of the Top 15 Digital Media Influencers worldwide.

He has been the CEO of media companies in four countries, ranging from less than $20 million in revenues to more than $1.2 billion and from 100 employees to 10,000 employees.

John was the founder and former CEO of Digital First Media, the No. 2 newspaper company in the U.S, and co-founder and ex CEO of impreMedia, the largest Hispanic news company in the US.
