Pascal Gayat will lead Maxifier’s global sales efforts, helping customers across the digital ad ecosystem drive profits.

Effective today, Pascal Gayat steps into the role as Maxifier’s new Chief Revenue Officer. At the same time, Ståle Bjørnstad, who has led both the Sales and Finance departments, assumes the role as Chief Financial Officer. 

Pascal Gayat is based in Paris, France, and has extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising. He has a solid track record of scaling up companies, having successfully launched and grown businesses in many geographies. Pascal has previously held leadership roles with players such as Softbank Interactive Marketing, 24/7 Media, FAST, Overture, Yahoo!, and Tradedoubler. He founded Quamediagroup and was awarded Deloitte Technology Fast 50 with 3000% growth over 3 years. 

Since 2016 Pascal has launched targeted B2B Awards for Digital Marketing decision makers, and has helped them discover solutions, initiatives, expertise and innovation in the video, data marketing, social media, B2B, Search and Programmatic buying segments.

Maxifier is a unique machine learning-based technology platform which provides real value across the ad ecosystem for media companies, agencies and brands.
